when it first arrived I tried to use it and was unaware that it had to be charged first. I then plugged it in and let it sit for a few hours and then I went to reach for it opened part way. I seen a light flash indicating how much power and then realize that it needed to be recharged fully. it is a great little item I need to get another one.
