Коврик ровно 6 мм (замерила )), хороший желто-зеленый цвет, как на картинке есть 2 резинки, чтобы коврик фиксировать в собранном состоянии. За эту цену я довольна товаром. Мне коврик был нужен только для занятий дома, думаю если его брать- в парк, фитнес зал или еще куда, не долговечным будет. Это же простой коврик-пенка, но не плотный, быстро подерется, если не на полу использовать. Может со временем себе получше прикуплю, когда точно пойму что заниматься буду)) сейчас и такой попроще-потоньше сойдет
